First Reconciliation and First Eucharist Sacramental Preparation

First Reconciliation and First Eucharist sacramental preparation program is integrated within the Parish Faith Formation program. It runs Sunday, 9:30 AM - 10:25 AM September through May. This program is designed to guide and prepare our non-Catholic school students to encounter, experience, and receive the profound love and mercy of God in a deeply personal and transformative way.

Program Details:

  • Dates: September 27, 2026 - May 23, 2027

  • Time: Sundays, 9:25 AM to 10:25 AM

  • Location: St. Thomas More School Elementary Building

  • Note: Children attending St. Thomas More Catholic School are welcome but not required to attend the Sunday Morning catechesis classes as the same content is covered during religion class.

Retreats:
Both our non-Catholic school and St. Thomas More Catholic School students will complete their immediate preparation by attending a morning retreat before the celebration of their First Reconciliation and their First Communion. These retreats are essential in deepening their understanding and personal connection with God. Parent attendance is required at all First Sacrament retreats. Students must be accompanied by at least one parent or guardian.
